4. Account Verification

vv997 reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age, address, and payment method at any time. We carry out this process to ensure a safe and transparent environment.

4.1 Documents Required for Verification

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of address document (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of payment method (where applicable).

4.2 Consequences of Failing Verification

If a user fails to submit the required documents within the specified time, their account may be suspended or withdrawal access may be temporarily disabled. Please contact our support team for any issues in this regard.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

vv997 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be approved.

• Withdrawal funds will be returned via the same method used for the original deposit.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on vv997 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Funds deposited in a different currency may be automatically converted to Taka, and the applicable exchange rate will apply in such cases.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳12,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 for a total balance of ৳22,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount, applied to the bonus funds only (not the deposit amount). For example, for a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• vv997 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus will be cancelled and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical faults.

11. Account Suspension or Closure

11.1 Account Closure by vv997

vv997 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Suspicion of money laundering.
• The same individual operating multiple accounts.

11.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Please contact our support team to do so. Before closing the account, ensure that all withdrawable funds in your wallet have been withdrawn.
